I had a really bad experience with Jet airways on my trip from Kathmandu to New Delhi last autumn, when I wanted to go back to Germany. The flight departure at Kathmandu airport was delayed, I was offloaded because my connections at Delhi airport would have been gone anyway and promised a save flight including all further connections on the next day. Jet airways never kept the promise! They made me buy a visa for India for nothing and at the end of the day I had to buy a completely new ticket to get out of Nepal - without having a seat on any connecting flight to Germany. I can definitely not recommend going with Jet airways!

I can understand how upset you must be... had the same problems with Air Minerva (no longer exist... thank the Lord for small miracles)... but it would have been very interesting to read more about your experiences with this company.
