Balad Shopping Centre

Advantages: Air conditioned

Have been there once when my family and I visited Saudia Arabia to perform Omara (small haj)a few years back. A place to shop for those who have thick pockets! That's why been there for once! Many shops in one building ranging from shoes, clothing, sports, electronics and so on. Actually, here you can shop and bargain the price if you know to bargain. Though I don't know know whether this practice is still conducted . Not all the shops you can bargain ...
...shop especially in the hot day. Most of the owner could speak English or some of the Asian Languages like Indonesian or Malay. You could find the designer labels here and if you come from country who has higher currency rate it should be a steal! It is like a high end shopping area. a place to shop for those that like to shop and have a lot money. ...
