Had an absolutley awful experience there last night. Booked a table for eight for a birthday party, when we got there we were seated at two tables of four. Asked to speak to the manager who didn't come and see us for half an hour (finding that cleaning glasses at the bar was more important). When she did come over she shouted at a member of our party who had th audacity to complain and asked her if she had ever run a restaurant! When the food came and order was wrong, two people's food was burnt and one had to be sent back because it was cold! Received no form of compensation, absolutely appalled at lack of customer service, birthday girl extremely upset. However, waitress was very good, tried her absolute best to try and sort something out (despite the best efforts of the manager ).
