Foxys is in Great Harbour, and pretty high in the top ten places in the world to be for New Year's Eve. Then the harbour is so full of yachts that they say you can walk from one side to the other without getting wet! But even the usual Friday and Saturday night parties are legendary, with a huge (very tasty) BBQ and disco until the early/late hours. I can't remember the exact cost but it was extremely reasonable. The Soggy Dollar bar - so named because you can swim in from your boat - in White Bay (just around the coast) is home to the Painkiller - a delicious but lethal cocktail - I was singing after just two! It's made of rum, pineapple, coconut... They have hammocks in the palm trees and it's the perfect place to while away an afternoon.
As with many places in the BVI you really need a boat to be able to get to them. You can get here by water taxi, or ferry service from West End, Tortilla, St. John, or St. Thomas.
