Let's buy a day ticket or a ticket for the number of days you want to stay in Berlin for the S-Bahn (trains above ground), the U-Bahn (underground) and all buses in the ticket booth of the BVG in front of the station, there's someone you can talk to, *I* can't help you with the vending machines on the platforms, I'm an inlander, I speak the language, I've got an academic degree but I always ask for help when I need a ticket! Don't forget to stamp it before entering a train, the fine is 40€ if you do.

Advantages: A magnificent city...too many good things to mention Disadvantages: Not many..we just didn't have enough time to see it all.

I'm from Germany and I will write an opinion or a text about Berlin:
Berlin is the capital of Germany and it is a very nice town. Berlin is very big an has got a good Underground.
In Berlin is the Love Parade, you know. That is a very big party in the streets of Berlin with Techno music and so on.
Berlin is like London.
There are nive, good and interesting things.
London has got Madame Taussodds (that is not writing correct, but I do not know, how it will be write).
London has got a big museum with interestngs things and other good things.
Berlin has got a big park, which is nice. The park has got many trees and ways between the park.
Berlin has got an big large thing for TV (I do not know, waht is the namen of the thing). There is an restaurant in it an you can look everything in Berlin...

Stayed in City Pension Berlin for 2 nights in December 2005 with another two friends. Three of us booked a triple room and the shower is in the room but toilet outside. We paid Euro 53 only (this is very good value).
