Advantages: Hard workout, good music Disadvantages: Tiring!
I, a lot of girls go on endless diets and fitness regimes. I have purchased and completed many fitness DVDS. This DVD is my favourite fitness DVD I have ever bought or done.
The DVD was brought out by the ministry of sound back in 2004, after the huge single Call On Me (Eric Prydz), which had a music video showing people working out.
The idea of the video is bringing you club music to do a dance workout too. I am a big fan of dance music and so this was very appealing to me. I find many other fitness DVDS have music I do not know and this makes them very boring.
The DVD had five sections to the workout. The first section is the warm up, known as heat. This is a good started section as it introduces you to the workout gently combining some simple aerobic moves with some stretches.

Advantages: Thicker looking hair with a lovely shine Disadvantages: Only available from Asda
I came across this product in Asda last week when I was looking for something to give my fine hair a bit more body. At £3.00 for 250ml I thought it wasn't too expensive and if it didn't work, as so many different products I've tried didn't, well at least I hadn't wasted too much money.
It comes in a tall cylindrical black plastic bottle with a lift off top and has a spray applicator. The words Shiny Happy Hair Andrew Barton Big Hair Lifting Juice Body Building Style Spray are written in green and white on the front of the bottle.
I must confess I've never heard of Andrew Barton but on doing some research I discovered he had been in the hairdressing business for over 25 years tending the hair of the rich and famous. His new haircare range has been sold exclusively from Asda since 2007.

Advantages: Urban street racing with lost of custimization Disadvantages: Career mode is only main feature and gets boring after main targets have been achieved
Overview

The game Juiced pits you against a wide range of characters with enhanced driving street machines. In a series of increasingly risky challenges, you can earn cash, cars, and pride. You'll have to work hard to get to where the real petrol-heads and money lurk, building up a collection of nitrous-burning monsters for every type of challenge.

I bought Juiced last year for the PS2 as I wanted a good racing game and was rather enthralled by the adverts for it (not the wisest approach, I know) . For a racing purist you can't go wrong with the Gran Turismo series, but having played all the series of this game I wanted a driving game urban/street feel and more a daring approach, something in the mould ...
