The Chinese garden in Singapore is located in the Jurong area. This is a stretch of green with the Japanese garden and the Tuas Chinese City in Jurong. Jurong is the main industrial park in Singapore during the city planning stages in the early 1960s, but now there are other smaller industrial areas all over Singapore as well. In the middle of the chinese garden there's a chinese pagoda, much like the one in the English garden in Munich. And then again, most chiese pagodas look roughly alike. The Chinese garden is most popular as a location for a wedded couple to take their wedding photographs. Also, there is a nice pond in this garden where one can walk around and relax oneself after a long day's work. I believe buss route 66 still goes past the Chinese garden. Best of all, it's FREE!!!
