Advantages Centrally Located
I stayed at this hotel over the new year with my friend. the room that we paid for was for 3 adults. On arrival we had a big fight with the reception staff who said that they had no recolection of out booking, which could be understood as it was new years eve and things can be a little caotic. When we eventually got our keys, we found the room to be very basic, but had all the nessesities. We went to the hotel bar, where we paid alost £9 for two drinks! The bar staff were foreign also, which did not help, as he was strugeling to undertand english never mind glaswigian! After a fabulous night out in the city, me and my friend arrived back at the hotel separately, only to be interogated on, why I never had a card, bearing in mind that they only issued us with one! To top it all off we were constantly being told to turn out music down, ON NEW YEAR!! I would recommend this hotel for the slightly older clientel. But for young, crazy party goers, try the holiday inn, just along the road.
