Jurys Inn Leeds, Leeds

Jurys Inn, Leeds is a reasonably priced hotel that is a 10 minute walk both from the train station and shopping centre of Leeds. We stayed here one weekend in August 09 and it cost us £60 per night for a room with a double bed and a sofa bed (though it would have been squashed with 3 of us). We found the hotel clean and presentable, with reasonable facilities, but very soulless. The staff were polite, although reserved rather than warm. This is a great hotel if you are looking for something close to the city centre. Rooms are as you would expect-bed, tea and coffee making facilities, bathroom with shower and bath. Breakfast was an all you can eat buffet style, with very good quality cooked breakfast, cereals, yoghurts, toast etc a very good selection. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel which many people did use but I didn't. Staff on reception are very friendly and helful (gave us some ideas of were to go on the evening).
