I had to say my order three times, and the server still got it wrong. Not once was there a "Sorry, what was that..?" it was simply "Eh...?". Whilst I appreciate I am from a different part of the country, it is no excuse to treat me like filth. Which is what I felt like in there.
The food was good, but the service was appauling. I filled in a Customer Comment card, but never heard anything back. Working at a well known retail chain, who take care of customers, it just infuriates me when I recieve service like this.
