Advantages: Operate an efficient service, fly to over 500 destinations via many partners, excellent customer service

...Dutch Airlines was formed in 1919 and operates flights throughout the world, covering European, North American and the Inter Continental network (e.g. Africa, India, Australia etc). Its base is in Amsterdam. With a vast network of worldwide partners KLM provides a truly global network flying via Amsterdam to over 500 destinations worldwide. KLM’s European partners include KLM UK, KLM Cityhopper and KLM Exel. Other partners include NorthWest Airlines – (North America), JET Airways etc. The partner airlines fly on specific sectors in collaboration with KLM. I have flown with KLM, JET airlines; one of the Asian partners based in India and more recently with KLM UK. Advantages: Very good service, spacious, competitive pricing

..."KLM to the rescue!!" Okay, so… why have I called this review KLM to the rescue?! In order to provide you with a review of KLM, I firstly need to tell you about my huge mistake in regards to my scheduled flight from Birmingham International to Amsterdam with BMI Baby a couple of Friday afternoons back. Advantages: Good value for money, comfortable

...I’ve read a few different reviews on KLM which suggest that their level of service appears to vary quite a lot and this ties in with my own experience. I travel on business quite a lot and recently flew with KLM from Edinburgh to Detroit via Amsterdam. I then flew up to Toronto and returned from there to Edinburgh, again via Amsterdam. On this trip, I experienced both a KLM regional airline (KLM UK), flew in both business and economy sections and also used KLM’s code share partner, Northwest Airlines, for the first time. I guess I sampled a fairly wide range of the KLM product on offer so I thought it might be worth writing an op on it.
