Very happy with the level of service and cost of this airline. I've used it to fly to Bangkok on a holiday and the cost was very reasonable (second only to Ethiopian Airlines but this flew via Addis Abbaba adding 4 hours to the journey time!) The company I work for also tend to use KLM for business travel within Europe and they consistently provide a high level of service and punctuality. Amsterdam Schipol is the 'hub' through which KLM operate - a very clean, well organised and nice (for an airport!) place.
