I have flown with KLM several times over the last few years, and I must say they are getting more and more stingy. The actual flights are always okay, and they do seem to run on time as often or even more often than most other carriers, but unless you are an anorexic pixie you will leave the flight absolutely ravenous. What I don't like is that there seems to be a new trend in their end of the terminal toward pre-ordering meals for the flights. The prices are extortionate, and I'm sure you will earn the hatred of your fellow passengers if you are the only one in view to get a meal. Good airlines for business when you need to get from place to place, but not what I would consider comfortable.
