I have been travelling with this airline in the past 5 years withing Europe and once to Asia. It is a really good service and probably one of the bests in Europe. In my experience the flights have been always on time. KLM has really good deals on its website if you buy the ticket online. On long flights, each seat has its own TV screen, where you can watch films. About the drinks and food I would say that they are good but the service is slow. The seats comfortable when you sit, but they are quite basic for sleeping. If the passenger in front of you decides to sleep about 50% of your legroom is gone. I have not tried the business class yet so my review does not apply to it.
Advantages: - Safe and reliable - Quality of service - World class standards - Great history - Friendly crew.
Disadvantages: - Small legroom (not smaller than other airlines really!) - Slow service onboard.
It would be great if you could elaborate a little, and put some more info dude.

Welcome to Ciao. I am always happy to read an airline review (my pet topic) but it would be great to have a lot more information about the whole end to end experience of using the airline.
