I have been going to Ayia Napa for the last 8 years; my first visit was as member of the UN in 1967 We would like to give away my little bit of heaven in Cyprus, Take a car to the Troodos Mountains and stay overnight in the village of Kakoperia, Try the Rialto 2* hotel a very friendly family run hotel, but make sure that you have time to explore the old part off the village and the highlight is to dine at the old mill. The Mill was renovated by its present owner he was the leading party in saving the old village from becoming a car park.
