Nigeria - Land of Internet Crime?

Advantages: Different
Disadvantages: Dangerous

Nigeria, so many people have a bad view of people from this place, a typical example of the minority taring the majority, but for the few interent scammers, and fraudsters who use the country as a safe haven, you really should look beyond the cloak! Nigeria, is a federal constitutional republic comprising thirty-six states and one Federal Capital Territory. The country is located in West Africa and shares land borders with the Republic of Benin in the west, Chad and Cameroon in the east, and Niger in the north. Its coast lies on the Gulf of Guinea, part of the Atlantic Ocean, in the south. The capital city is Abuja. The country itself harbours many dangers, and as man who tends not to pay danger money to the would be mafia style hi-jackers who stop your jeep and threaten you with a sharpened coke can, I take most of them ...

Big UK Hip-Hop from Kano

Advantages: Kanos raps, great production, UK music
Disadvantages: Some may not like the grime side of it.

Home Sweet Home is the 2005 album from London rapper and one of the UK's brightest young stars Kano (born Kane Brett Robinson), released on 679 Recordings, and with the majority of the tracks being produced by Davinche. When first released the album received rave reviews from many different media sources, including from The Observer and The Independent newspapers, and from Chuck D of Public Enemy, Jay-Z, Busta Rhymes and the Rza of Wu-Tang among others. The record currently stands at gold status record sales in the UK. As a kid Kano played football for (among others) Chelsea and Norwich youth teams but his interest was always with music. Becoming a member of the N.A.S.T.Y. (Natural Artistic Sounds Touching You) Crew, who counted Kano, Jammer, D Double E, Ghetto, Stormin , Demon and Sharky Major as members, Kano drew widespread ...

Review of Home Sweet Home - Kano

Lagos: the real capital of Nigeria!!!

Advantages: Bubbling city, pleasant places of interest
Disadvantages: Traffic Jams, over populated, police!!!

It will be quite a challenge writing about this wonderful city, having lived there for many years. A very fast paced city it is and you certainly have to be tough and resilient to survive here. Lagos was formerly the capital of Nigeria, which happens to be the most populated country in the whole of Africa. It is even said that one in every black person is a Nigerian. During the Military rule in the 80;s though, the capital was moved to Abuja, much further inland. Lagos is by the Atlantic ocean, on the south west of the country. As any big metroplex would, it boasts of its highways, fly-overs, bridges, skyscrapers and the like. It has a population of perhaps 10million; perhaps because no one really knows the population. It tends to be more expensive than other parts of the country but virtually any large corporation that has any ...
