The best hotel/attraction in Dubai

Advantages: Exclusive, brilliant, luxurious, great service
Disadvantages: very expensive

Fantastic Luxury Hotel in Dubai

Advantages: Everything - a real experience hotel
Disadvantages: Cost - A little too far from Town for easy shopping/eating out

The Burj-Al-Arab (Arabian Tower) is Dubai and the UAE's answer to the landmark symbols of other countries, they compare it to the Eiffel tower (it's slightly taller by virtue of its mast) and other icons. The Burj is said to be the world's only 7 star hotel - this is something that has to be taken with a pinch of salt, hotel stars are usually awarded by national tourist authorities and in my opinion are rarely an indication of quality or value for money. I'm not sure who awarded the stars to this hotel but in this instance they are completely deserved and then more. From Dubai With Love

Advantages: Dubai is a safe place with very good quality of life. There is universal brotherhood everywhere.
Disadvantages: None for me, but the hot weather for tourists who are not used to this.

Park, Jumairah Beach Park, The Creek Park, etc. The meadows transform the desert sand into cool and eye-catching lush green carpets. Dubai International Airport is a very well managed and a most modern airport. Mostly all the airlines of the world operate in here. The facilities at the airport are vast and varied and it is one of the friendliest airports of the world. Once you land, the immigration and custom formalities take very less time and the officials at the airport are very friendly and helpful. There are taxis available at the terminal and hotels operate their buses to collect passengers. Car rentals are readily available at the airport, if you choose to drive.
