We arrived at the hotel to find the lobby to be full of rubble and loose wires and the swimming pool and gym were closed. The restaurant staff were rude, both on this occasion and a previous occasion when there was no building work taking place. The food was average, the service slow, and you had to ask for specific items e.g. fruit that other tables had automatically. The same meal choices were offered each day. The famous Israeli breakfast was disappointing. There were no curtains on the windows of the rooms. The family rooms were large and fittings were good quality. Fridges and TVs were useful. The hotel is sited in a great position, near both the shops and the beach.
