King Solomon Hotel

Advantages: Great food, Good Pool
Disadvantages: A bit old

King Solomon is located at the hotels zone practically on the beach. The employees are very nice and helpful. Reception was easy, made a lot of jokes with the guys there. The breakfasts and dinners were absolutely amazing! they have lovely Chefs. All the food fresh and smelled great. I must say those were some of the best meals I have ever had! The pool is great as well, quite big, and surrounded by a lot of shaded seating. Was also very clean. ...
...It seemed quite old, we expected a bath but only had a shower cabin. For quite an expensive room, we expected more luxury. Id say it's more of a family hotel ,are a lot of activities especially for children, a whole children kingdom. Mind you, the 13th or the 12th floor is aimed at gorwn ups only, as under 16 year olds arent allowed there. (But the prices go sky high) ... Read review

Advantages: Family
Disadvantages: Not really for couples looking for peace and quiet

The hotel is defineately for the family, it is stated so in the Travel Agents brochures ie "Longwood Holidays". If you are a couple looking for peace then you will not find it here, especially at the weekends when the Israeli from up north come down for the weekend...full of kids then. It is friendly, staff and all workers, but do look out for children...they have a wonderful kiddies room, with pc, play stations, ball games you name it...the pool ...
...have also improved the baby pool area too...they have a water slide also, but always check that it is open, as they close it somtimes if not busy enough Yeah some of the rooms are a let down, but they are doing them up slowly, with new bathrooms etc... Its a fun hotel ... Read review
