It is known as the "party bus" but is pretty much what you make it, if you want a party you can but if you are after more of a travelling and exploring experience without the excessive consumption of slcoholf and hangovers, well that is available too!

The bus never goes straight from one destination to another, there is always heaps of stops and things to see along the way, and because the bus doesn't have to be at it's destination at a certain time (as long as it gets there that day) if you see something you want to get out and explore, the drivers are only too happy to stop. The drivers are a great laugh, and know the country really well so you also learn lots fo things about the country along the way.
You get taken to places you would otherwise never see, for example on the East Coast you go to a cattle ranch in Dingo, where they teach you throw a boomerang, crack a whip and play a didgeridoo and then at night you have a big roast dinner (veggies catered for too) and party. You can even go on a helicopter ride over the ranch or a sunrise horse ride - a true Aussie experience.
The only things I would say are bad about the Oz bus is the fact that buses leave at scheduled times and only one per day... and you are on the bus pretty much the whole day. This is good if you have heaps of time to travel but if you are on a tight time frame, it can be annoying to be sat on the bus when you could be exporing places or you could have got an overnight bus/12 hour bus journey to get to your destination quicker. Which brings me to the other disadvatages - you HAVE to stay in some places as this is as far as the bus goes that day, again good if you have heaps of time cos the places you stay at are usually places you wouldn't go otherwise and are really nice but if you are limited time wise, this isn't so good. Also, buses only leave each destination 4 days per week, again bad if you have limited time.
In conclusion I would recommend this to anybody who is not travelling on a limited time frame and who can take their time to explore. The places you go and the activities you do and friends you make are secnd to none and everybody gets involved. If you are aiming to travel a great distance in a short time, I would recommend a bus company where you can travel overnight or large distances at once and do not have compulsory stops.
Advantages: Value for money, Flexibility, Very knowledgeable guides, Felt very safe. Disadvantages: Honestly cannot think of any
I initially considered Oz Experience as the company to provide my travel pass because their brightly colored leaflets complete with green buses caught my eye in a local Travel Agency and not because I had heard of them! I am so pleased that I picked up the leaflet and found out more from their web site. Oz Experience provide so much more than just a coach pass. They are brilliant at taking you to places off the beaten track where the majority of ... ...of the true Australia. They offer you the opportunity to join in with all sorts of activities and with no pressure at all.
I chose the Bruce Pass, a one way Sydney to Cairns pass valid for 6 months. There are more than 20 passes to choose from covering all areas of Australia with names such as Dunny Door and Fair Dinkum. They also provide good value day trips. During my trip I went wine tasting in the Hunter Valley, spent two days at a working cattle ...

Kiwi Experience sometimes has a bit of a reputation.... Tell people you're travelling with Kiwi and you can get a bit of a mixed reaction. For a start I'd definately say that Kiwi Experience is a big green bus for the young, and partying is pretty high on the agenda a lot of the time. I spent two weeks with Kiwi and had a night in binliners, two nights of drinking games and a couple of nights in the bar - and I hadn't even hit the party areas of ... ...young backpacker living life to the full in the evenings doesn't mean their daytime activities are lacking because everyone on the back seat is taking a nap...

Feejee experience is part of a tour group that also owns OzExperience and KiwiExperience (in Australia and New Zealand). FeejeeExperience operates in Fiji.
The company is aimed at travellers with no specific age group in mind and as such you get a wide age range on the tours. All the buses are huge and green - you can't miss them!!
The company isn't strictly a tour company as such. What Feejee Experience is is a hop-on hop-off bus with different routes - there are only 2 in Fiji though. You buy your ticket either before you go or when you're there and after it's been activated on the first you you have a limit in which to use it - this is either 6 months or a year, I can't remember.
The passes all include some activties although not many - the passes are pretty cheap. I think the fiji pass we bought which toured the main island was ...

This section gives information and prices on getting around when you arrive in your selected country, this is great because you can really get an idea of how long you need in each place and how much money you need to save. It gives ideas for all budgets from flights , buses, coaches to buying or hiring a car.
I have been looking into the Kiwi and OzExperience for my trip but I am still undecided. I think I will be doing the KiwiExperience in New Zealand for a month and a half from Auckland to Christchurch but I am not convinced it is the best thing for me to do in Oz.
