Advantages: A very nice sea town with golden sand coast Disadvantages: not too much to do in winter as its a coast town

Best time to go:
Summer would be the best time to go. To be more exact from the dates to come are between 20th of July until 01 of August. Winter would be such a great time as you would miss out on the main attractions of the city.

Things to do: If you would come on the recommended date you could be apart of the great "Sea event" that takes place every year on these days there would be a lot of attractions like bungee jumping and amusement park. It would also be great time to buy souvenirs as all the retailers from come from all corners of Lithuania therefore you would see the most of the country. There's also a very attractive beach with almost no rubbish, golden sand beaches and blue clear water (compared to England's seas the water is very clear and not so salty). There's also a lots of dance clubs with very beautiful Lithuanian girls. :) So it would be good for students to visit.
Prices: its a laugh the prices here a very low and all good quality products like good brand clothes and fashion items you can get a very tasty meal for £5 and then I say very tasty I mean VERY tasty.
Food: Very meet full and full of protein meal, one disadvantage for people who like fast food, is that it's going to be very hard to find any fast food retailers as there's almost no fast food restaurant's. Which in my opinion is very good as everyone's seems to be very healthy looking.
Overall: I think its a great place to visit as its has a lot of stuff to do and a lot of places to go you just need to find a good tour guide to show you the sweets spots of the city and the event is very beautiful and much fun to be in. On the other hand if you miss the dates advised you might find yourselves a little bit bored, of course there are still a lot of things to do but it would be much more useful to come on them days.
Thank you for reading. I hope you find this helpful.
Advantages: Beautiful peaceful environment Disadvantages: Don't go here if you want nighclubs!
clean environment. For some reason the Spit isn't well known in the UK, but attracts lots of German tourists in the summer. Well, Gernany ruled Lithuania at one time.
Although a road runs all the way along the spit, the southern half belongs to Russia, and you cannot get past the guard post without the aforementioned visa. However, there's plenty to see in the north end, owned by Lithuania.
Most tourists access the spit by ferry from Klaipeda. This runs all year, in the summer several times an hour, in the winter less frequently. It's only a 10 minute ride across the Curonian lagoon to the other side. From the ferry terminal you can walk right across the spit, it's narrow here so it only takes 10 minutes, through pine wood and pop out the other side onto the huge sweep of beach with it's white sand stretching all the way down to ...
Advantages: Very beutiful and exceptional. Disadvantages: Rather small but that doesn't matter :)
.
Vilnius is the capital of Lithuania. Its old town looks really amazing. It is full of various muzeums and churches. The main church is the central Vilnius cathedral in the center of city hall. Another famous museum-place is Gediminas Castle. The castel was destroyed in the past and now jus one tower left. But it symbolizes the whole castle and looks amazing.
Moving to other cities I would like to mention Kaunas and Klaipėda. Kaunas is the place where I live. People say that it is a best place for living. And it is rally peaceful, people are nice and plesant in here, here you can find a beutiful city hall with grand cathedral ( in my opinion it is more amazing than in Vilnius). Klaipėda is the biggest, the most beutiful, and the only one harbour . Personally Klaipeda‘s old town is the most wonderful comparing ...
Advantages: lots of fun, lots to do Disadvantages: fairly congested
