Advantages: Resonably cheap machine Disadvantages: Problems with the reset button
Bought this machine because my other dryer broke down. It was a White Knight and had given 10 years with out a problem. Brought machine home and ran it for fifteen minutes prior to using as I was instructed. The first time I used the machine the heating unit cut out midway through the cycle, pressed the reset button and the machine worked again for another 45mins before cutting out again. This continued to happen with every load to be dried and the button had to be reset every time. This is not suitable if situated below a work surface. I contacted Powerhouse(where I bought it) and they agreed that something was not right and they changed it for another. Unfortunately I had the same problems with the second machine. I contacted White Knight by email but have had no response. Sadly I exchanged the machine for another make ...

Wow what a great product.It's so quiet, easy to use, and can be put on a timer!
I never thought I would say this about a White Knight as when I've seen them they look cheap and low rent, and look like they wont last for 5 minutes . But wow, appearences can be deceptive.We bought ours a 3 years ago and have not had any problems since.

As most people in Britain own a washing machine, many, like me, probably struggle to get there washing dry, especially with the glorious sunshine and top quality weather that is constantly warming our cheery faces, (that was sarcasm by the way), so the invention of the clothes/tumble dryer was a god send.
So when my old dryer suddenly decided to stop blowing hot air, whilst also gaining a sort of stutter, I decided to go on the hunt for another similar one, coming across a brand called White Knight.
But, to add to my confusion, I discovered that there are several types of dryers, such as spin dryers, which simply spin the clothes inside so fast that they eventually dry.
