One of my Worst Experiences
Advantages: NONE Disadvantages: Poor Service and Bad Food
From the moment we entered the Kokalakia restaurant we were faced with a very negative experience!
Firstly, they had no sign of our reservation which we had personally made. This was meant to be a special occassion and we requested to be seated at a nice table. Instead we were stuck in a corner behind a big group and we could never get the attantion of the staff. It took 20 minutes to eventaully order and then it took on average at least 30 ... more
From the moment we entered the Kokalakia restaurant we were faced with a very negative experience! Firstly, they had no sign of our reservation which we had personally made. This was meant to be a special occassion and we requested to be seated at a nice table. Instead we were stuck in a corner behind a big group and we could never get the attantion of the staff. It took 20 minutes to eventaully order and then it took on average at least 30 - 40 minutes between each course! When we complained the owners were rude and could not care less. The food was below average and we found hair in our main course which put us off it completely. Will not be going back!!!
