KOS, Kardamena.

Advantages: Beautiful Island, good weather, fantastic nightlife, safe, cheap, great atmosphere
Disadvantages: toilets, airport

...back from a week in Kos staying in Kardamena and I can honestly say I had the best week of my life! Kardamena is the most lifely area of Kos and I would highly reccomend it to anyone who wants a holiday with fantastic nightlife. So much so me and my friend plan on returning to Kos next summer to work for three months! Yet even though the town is lively at night and filled with young people dont let this put you off as the music turns off at twelve ...

Kardemena, Kos, Greece

Advantages: nightlife, weather, beaches
Disadvantages: could be quiet at times

i had a fantastic holiday here this summer. mananged to get a cheap last minute deal from thomas cook a week before departure...2 weeks for £260!! the hotel (cleopatra classic ) was fantastic, the staff were very helpful (apart from the unfriendly maid!). the hotel was situated less than a minutes walk from the beach. the beaches themselves were gorgeous, lots of free sunbeds, warm sea, soft sand and lots of things to do. there are many watersports ...
...as though there was hundreds of restaurants, we were spoilt for choice each night (tip-don't eat at the amazon restaurant, the food was awful). each dinner cost us around just 5 euros each! the nightlife was amazing, with one main street or bars, and then a number of clubs just a short walk away. status was great, playing mainstream music. you should expect to pay around 5 euros for a drink in the bars and clubs. KOS OVERALL

Advantages: everything, the people, the place, the food, the facilities!
Disadvantages: none!

...that there is something in kos for everyone. having stayed in kardamena every time i have visited kos, and worked in kardamena in 2006, i have some excellent memories and lots of friends there. kardamena however, was but a base for me, and i have made time to visit all of the small towns and beaches around the island. from the little taverna in tingaki, to the busstling scandanavian scene in kos town you are made as welcome as you would ever wish ...

The best holiday you can ever have

Advantages: sunny, picturesque
Disadvantages: NONE!!!!

Kos is the most peacful and relaxing holiday you could ever wish ford. I have been to Kos around 4 times, my partner has been around 10 times!!! No matter when you go the scenery is always beautiful and the weather is to die for! We visit Kos Town which is lovely and peaceful, a stones throw away from the hustle and bustle of the shops and bars, you can walk to the old town where all the activity is in 5mins. A must for people visiting Kos is ...
...suggest staying in Lambi in Kos Town it is only 5-10mins walk from the main shops and bars but it also has a few family run tavernas and restaurants which are all amazing and the many hotels that Lambi does offer are all either next to te beach or a very short stroll away. All the hotels are family run and are well looked after, everyone is always willing to help, a few hotels i would recommend would be the Alice Springs..the owners are lovely and ...
