HONG KONG MY EXPERIENCE I lived in Hong Kong for four years with my family as my dad was in the raf we lived in Kowloon tong and went to st Georges secondary school which was for forces children but also locals and other nationalities did attend I remember in a class of 30 there would be a mixture of Chinese English Japanese's Korean and Indian children all of us were great mates and got along well In Hong Kong I learnt how eat with chop sticks and some of the native spoken caterniese which sorry to say I can say but not spell lol While in Hong Kong we did a lot of home videos about our stay we called them the sights and not the smells of Hong Kong this would be because it was not a very nice smelling place but I do remember that clothing was cheep and there where tones of places to visit and eat I remember one place we used to go to a lot for fish meals LAN Tow Island a nice small island with mainly fish retrants but the food was so fresh and lovely to eat Being a forces brat we did lots of fun things we had splash nights (when there were no typhoon's) they are swimming pool parties with a bbq and lots to drink there were junk trips they are trips out on a boat that would dock near a nice beach somewhere where you could snorkel and sun bath all food then was mainly cold or a bbq would be done on the beach I remember the smashing vews from Victoria peak and trips across the sea to Hong Kong Island for shopping on Ladder Street. The one thing I will never forget is the Hong Kong rugby sevens a great weekend of rugby where all nations get along and drink eat and make friends not like footy no fights in all my experience of Hong Kong was a great one and I would love to return just so I can see what it is like now I would write tones more on Hong Kong but I would just be hear for ages I would recommend a trip there though and if chung king mansions is still there and you like Indian food do visit just don't look till you sit down and eat lol no more said enjoy thanks for reading about experience in Hong Kong befor i end this i would like to say there is lot to do at night and day in hong with them parks and water parks for all ages its a great place and cheep to about in air contioned red cabs a trip 5 mile trip used to cost about £5
