I'v been here last year in January for my Management Training, was there for 5days out which 2 days were my training & rest i was exploring KL With my friends. Kl is the capital of malaysia, and singapore & thailand are its neigbouring countires. There are people from different places over here, like English, Chinese, Malay,Indian & so on. ...you 325Ringates.(Ringates its the local currency of Malaysia 4Ringates=$1). so the price of staying at such a hotel was quite cheap. My room was at 12th floor so was having a good view of KL, also petronas Tower is quite near to it. The KL Internationa Airport is just brilliant, once you land over here and you see the architecture of this you just say Wow. there is tube service running to take you from your check out & check in To the terminals Gate. ...

Kuala Lumpur - the jewel of south-east Asia

Advantages: KL is a beautiful city where you can shop, eat and have fun.
Disadvantages: The one

Kuala Lumpur is a city where you can shop, eat and have fun. There are numerous shopping malls where you can purchase expensive branded items from diamonds to a pair of shoes. There are also shopping malls where one can shop for cheaper stuff. KL caters for all visitors. You can buy the most expensive branded real items or cheap imitations. KL is also noted for food. You can have fine dining of cuisines from all over the world or you can have a simple ...
...spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out in KL. Try out the local dishes, usually spicy but alway delicious. There are many attractions in and around KL. The National museum is a good place to spend an afternoon and so is the Botanical Garden. From KL one can join coach tours to nearby attractions or nearby towns such as Port Dickson, Klang or Malacca. When you visit Souh East Asia, KL is a good place to include in your travel. ...

Excellent destination

Advantages: A lot to look forward to
Disadvantages: prostitution and drugs

...we travelled from karachi to kuala lumpur and the flight was great we flew through malaysian airlines and the crew was fantastic. On reaching the airport we had the choice of either taking the bus or a taxi or a train service. We opted for a taxi and asked the taxi driver to take us to a budget hotel in a busy and crowded area. The taxi driver took us to bukit bintangand we stayed in a hotel named STAR INN it was a neat hotel and we paid 60 malaysian ...
...in kuala lumpur we went to chinatown and the kuala lumpur towers and both these places were fantastic. We also went for shopping to the times square and the indoor theme park inside was the greatest attraction. However we missed out on some really important locations like the sunway lagoon theme park and batu caves the next day we caught a bus for genting highlands and continued our tour. ...

Vacation In kuala Lumpur

Advantages: Self contained apartment with the best of facilities and amenities
Disadvantages: None that i can think of

...a short holiday in malaysia, kuala lumpur to be exact, my wife was lucky enough to find a private vacation rental property just on the fringe of the city. This is not an ad for the place just had such a good time there that we thought others might like to stay there as well. It was in such a beautiful location, having a private 35 acre park that is just for the residents, and the facilities and amenities much better than any 5 star hotel. What can ...
...a fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts of home and very big the owner said 1535 sq ft and i have no reason to not believe. So much better than a hotel room and the cost not much more than a room in a quality hotel. Anyway we did some tours, batu caves is brilliant, and the elephant sanctuary and deer land in Pahang are worth a visit, if you have not been to genting highlands it is also worth a visit, aside from the casino they have a 2 wonderful ...

Excellent City Holiday

Advantages: Cosmopolitan, Vibrant and Friendly City
Disadvantages: Heavy smog sometimes, but that should be expected

...this review having lived in Kuala Lumpur or 'Kay El' as the locals and expats call it for over 2 and a half years. Im starting this review by saying that anybody coming for a holiday to Sout East Asia, needs to stop off in KL, but probably no more than for a few days. Where to start.. You arrive into what can only be described as a spaceship style airport, and are immediately ferried through customs to the departure hall, where you can easily find ...
...is here that if you have prebooked a Hotel your driver should be waiting for your arrival. If you havent got a hotel, the cheapest and simplest way to get into the city centre is via the KL Express, straight to the train station in KL. This costs 40 Ringgit (when i last went 18 months ago) and takes around 30 mins. Other than that a taxi should be no more than 80 Ringgit. (Ringgit is the Malay currency and around 60 Ringgit equals £10) There are ...
