Kuala Lumpur is a city that stands out from the others in the world. It has everything that you think about Malaysia. Based here for 4 nights I went on many tour guides of the city including visits to many of the temples and religious establishments. It is totally different from London or any other modern city. Kuala Lumpur is a mix of the old and new and many traditional values still stand. The most memorable is the cows allowed to wonder around where ever they wish. Even on the roads! The lasting memory is the World Record Twin Petronas Tower with the walk way joining half way up. The International Airport is near by so transfer is fast and easy. The city can be a bit dirty but it is safe if stayed in groups.
