...on the bus! • Rome has 2 metro lines, Linea A (Coloured red on maps) and Linea B (Coloured blue). These intersect at Termini. Look for the Linea B (blue) line towards Eur Fermi station (southbound). The sign above the entrance should say "Laurentina" as that is the final station. • Outside the Eur Fermi station is a bus terminus, you need to find the 709 bus which will take you all the way to the hotel. Getting off at the right stop might be difficult the first time - I got off at the wrong one and had to drag my luggage to the hotel about a mile! The bus stop is right outside a small shopping centre, with the hotel on the right, a huge white building with searchlights on the top when it is dark. The journey time from Termini to the hotel was around 45 minutes. This made the total journey from airport to hotel 1 hour 15 minutes... Read review

...Paris to Manchester at a cost of 856.38€. We also completed LTA forms at Paris. Our bags were returned to us on the following Monday evening at 6:30 pm. We were also informed that we would have to reclaim the cost of this flight from the our travel agent.... Read review

...I went to Gibraltar for a week-end while on holiday in Spain (in March). I went by bus from Cadiz, as Gibraltar is not far (even afoot) from the Linea bus station. For lone travellers, going to Gibraltar isn't a problem, it is travelling inside Gibraltar which is actually more problematic. If you travel with at least another person you may want to rent a car (plus that would be useful to visit the surrrounding Andalucia)as it would make your life easier. The airport: you really cross over the airplane runway to get into the city. There are some traffic lights to make sure you won't be run over by or involved in a crash with an airplane. It is amazing (and noisy)to see one land in front of you. The city centre: It is quite nice, a mixture of a British town with a Spanish spin on it. It is where all the shops... Read review
