We had a terrible experience at this holiday site. My son was accused of committing a misdemeanor in the swimming pool on the first day. This led to a very upset and confused 10 year old and a very angry father-and 3 days of hell. After much complaining and requests of proof of the allegation made about our son, it later transpired 3 days later that there had been a mistake and our son had not been involved in any altercation at the pool!!!!!!!! So our holiday was ruined, My Son and Husband upset, and the Management were not at all interested that their staff had falsely accused a minor with our proper procedures, or policies or proof. Their attitude was a case of "s*** happens" we are not interested in you!!!!!!! Our neighbours had no working shower and were told to use the shower block for campers!!!!! A late night noisy party was not dealt with , because there was no late night on site security.!!!!!!!!!! There was no supervision at the baby's play area, where my 2 years old toddler was nearly injured by 6 young boys aged 10 and above as they dived into the ball pit and swung on the ropes with out and parental supervision. the staff in the area chose to ignore what was going on and hence I had to remove my child for his own safety!! Your holiday experience is not important once they have your cash!!

Sounds like the holiday site from hell, thanks for the warning! As mentioned below, adding some description of the place would make the review more helpful, though I doubt anyone would want to go there after reading this!

Sounds like a terrible place. I've worked on a lot of campsites and know that they are very variable - I remember one French campsite where the manager beat up a kid he thought was responsible for vandalism, even though there was no proof etc. Would be a more useful review though if you described some of facilities, a bit more about the local area etc. All the best, Mike.
