Advantages: Friendly service, high levels of cleanliness, fantastic location, room amenities, good food etc etc! Disadvantages: Only thing i can think of was TV picture quality was not excellent on all channels
Staying at this hotel is a pleasure, the service is friendly, prompt and very good. It is in a brilliant location, easy walking distance to the beach and port (around 10-15 minutes depending on your pace). The room was really nice, with large windows with a lovely view and a good bathroom (must say i enjoyed their shower very much!). It was very clean when we arrived and each day when we returned it was wonderfully clean. This is a hotel that takes ... ...your holiday or business trip just that bit better. The rooms all have tv (with many programs in a variety of languages including English), air con, phone, a socket for your pc -for internet access i presume (i did not use it!), a fridge which was well stocked and even guide books about the area in a drawer! Something i find important when i am away is how comfortable is the bed?! Well this hotel did not let me down on that front, i slept well each ...

While staying at Eurostars Laietana Palace, experience the exuberance and beauty of the beautiful port city of Barcelona. Eurostars Laietana Palace is a totally refurbished neo-classic mansion situated in the center of Barcelona city. Its privileged location in the center of the Gothic Quarter, close to the Roman wall of the old city of Barcino, only a few steps away from the Port and Barcelona Cathedral, makes the hotel ideal for business and leisure travelers. Moreover, it offers a welcoming atmosphere to make guests feel like at home. A staircase with disabled access leads up to the reception which is open-plan to the light and spacious lobby bar. Yellow textured steel pillars are unusual features. Tables at the back of the bar provide a tranquil retreat from the busy street and offer views of the Roman walls.
I stayed at this hotel about 5 years ago and it had recently been refurbished. It is tucked away down a side road but that meant that it was quiet and peaceful. The rooms were large, clean and very nicely decorated with two double beds, good air... more
