The Hinckley Island Hotel

Advantages: Great Service and made to feel special!
Disadvantages: Brasserie isn't the best

The Hinckley Island Hotel is a great 4 Star Hotel. Easy to get to from the M6 or M69. Just get off J2 on the M69. I've stayed there many times now and have samples the services there. The staff are all very polite and helpful. They all greet you in and around the hotel and are always willing to help. The hotel is huge and luxurious. I've been lucky enough to have been upgraded from their Standard room's to their Suites twice in the 6 times i've visited the hotel. The standard rooms are exactly that, standard. Certainly acceptable by most and can be booked most weekends for around £55 which is great! The Suites are amazing! Made to be just like apartments they have a livingroom, bedroom and bathroom. Also the Suites have VIP packages inside so you get a fresh bowl of fruit and magazines, along with slippers and a robe ...

Early retirement

Advantages: Small and peaceful yet good for families
Disadvantages: A lot of older people - not so good for young people

limit. Regular rail services run from London Victoria, London Waterloo, Gatwick, Portsmouth, Southampton and Brighton to Havant station. From Havant station travellers can either take a taxi or hop on a bus from the nearby bus station. National Express Coaches run services from London Victoria and other parts of the country to Havant Bus Depot. There is also a regular foot & bike ferry service that takes roughly five minutes to cross between Hayling & Eastney. Where to stay *************** Obviously having my own caravan is pretty handy so I havent been to many other caravan sites. Hayling is geared towards caravan/camping holidays and only has two hotels - Langstone Hotel and Newton House Hotel, both of which look nice enough from the outside. However I find staying in a caravan half of the fun! Warner Holidays seems ...

Review of Hayling Island

Sinah Warren Wow !

Advantages: relaxing,peaceful,lovely views,great food
Disadvantages: entertainment varies from good to bad

After being put off this hotel by other reviews we decided to try it ourselves ! We had a fantastic long weekend, the weather was great which always helps but the hotel is far better than we had been led to believe! We booked last minute so got good deals on the more expensive rooms, which I would thoroughly recomend, the new Signature rooms are beautiful, done out in attractive sea green colours with a mini bar and plasma tv, and great views across the lawns and sea. The Royale rooms are even better with four poster bed, mini bar, trouser press, huge bathroom with separate whirlpool bath and shower cubicle (complimentary toiletries in both rooms and tea and coffee making equip) you also get bath robes and slippers, fresh fruit and chocolates, which is fantastic. Royale rooms also have a telescope, presumably for looking ...
