Advantages: nice hotel, good restaurant Disadvantages: ok room, loud wedding party
...My other half and I stayed here last year for a weekend away. We booked it over the phone and stayed for 2 nights at £110 for a double room with dinner.
The info arrived quickly in the post and we were impressed from the picures. We saw the hotel wasn't too far from the train station so decided to train & walk it (exercise - phew!).
Getting There
------------------
Unfortunately, the hotel is at the top of a long hill - about 1 mile from station - argh!!! The walk was quite nice through the shops in the centre and Bath is very nice, however that hill is a killer - on the way down you can't stop!!!
The hotel is on a bend in the road and stands tall and proud - looks very nice as you approach it. It has 45 rooms and 4 floors, with a dinning room, sauna, jacuzzi, gym and swimming pool.

...i recently visited the fair city of MAnchester in England and stayed at the holiday Inn Crowne Plaza. What a fantastic and imposing building it is, a very special hotel and one that is so big. It has everything going for it as the hotel has every thing you could ever need.
Wjhats more is that it is in a nice part of a pretty dodgy city, as far as I could see the place only has three nice streets and luckily the hotel is located on one of them.
If you have to go to Manchester for any reason then this is the place to stay but it is quite expensice for what is afetr all only a place to go to sleep...

Lovely Lansdowne Review ofBest Western LansdowneHotel, Eastbourneby

Advantages: Nice Rooms, Good Bar, Games Rooms Disadvantages: Garages
...and the waiting staff were helpful, the cooks got the food out quickly and the barman was very friendly.
My Opinions:
------------------
The hotel was very nice and on the whole a good experience. I would stay there again anytime but I would not get a garage as they are not very good. The only other downside is the rattling delivery carts but they will only bother you if your staying at the back of the hotel like me. If you stay on the front of the hotel I'm sure your experience would be even better because you won't here the noisy delivery carts and you will get lovely sea views. This hotel has been given two stars, I would rate it higher than this and I would recommend a stay in the Lansdowne if you ever come to Eastbourne....

I stayed at the Tulip Inn (Trafford Centre) early in August as the Arctic Monkeys were playing at Lancashire Cricket Ground.
When we arrived the car park was quite full but had plenty of spaces, even though the hotel very obviously very busy.

My impressions of this game when I saw it advertised on the internet was that it looked like a completely different type of game that I'm used to seeing for the DS.
