My fiancée and I didn't even get a table after making a reservation. The manager dis-believed that I had reserved a table. I had to show my mobile phoned to show the idiot that I did call that afternoon and I had confirmation of booking for that evening. And after that he still didn't believe me. No way of an apology for this either. Extremely bad service - the manager was patronising and offered no alternative for the company's mistake despite there being a table available.
I would avoid this place like the plague. With what should have been a lovely new-years eve get away to the beautiful City of Bath it turned into a stressful evening because of unqualified and poor management by incompetent memebers of staff.
Hope the rest of the chain restaurents are better.
