this is by far one of the best hotels i have stayed in in tenerife, it was so good i have been three times this year, all inclusive is the best way to go with this hotel as it has so much to offer in the range of food, we have stayed all inclusive three times now and never get bored of the variety of food on offer. hotel has three swimming pools which at most times of the year are absaloutley freezing, for a couple of months between october and january one of the pools is heated but is usually filled to the brim with children.
Hotel has fantastic entertainment every night for children and adults at least two shows every night and a childrens club to keep them entertained most of the day, other activities such as water polo bingo archery and riffle shooting take place around the pool during the day to keep everyone entertained. if ...

The hotel is only 15 Km from Tenerife Sur Airport making the transfer quite short. This was great after a 4 hour flight !!! This hotel is on Playa de las Américas beach, right next to the sea and there is direct access to the ocean promenade. I loved the way it is surrounded by beautiful gardens. The beach is just through a gate at rear of the pool area and The Veronicas and Starcos clubbing areas are about 5-10 mins walk away, as are a good variety of restaurants.

I've stayed at this hotel twice now and have just booked up to go back again in december, i really cannot fault it. The hotel is built up of 9 floors and 404 rooms, it offers a range of facilities including a non smoking restaurant, a bar inside and out doors with a large entertainment room, a souvenir shop and also a hairdressing salon for those bad hair days! Outdoors there are 2 fairly large swimming pools and also a childrens pool, with plenty of sun loungers surounding it, one of the good points about tenerife is you are almost guaranteed the good weather. The rooms are very comfortable with large balcony area, plenty of storage space, satelite tv, phone and a seperate bathroom and shower, mini bar and safety deposit boxes are also available on request.
