  A Superb Gamble in Vegas! The Paris Hotel!

Advantages: Something new to explore..you can be in Paris and Las Vegas at the same time!
Disadvantages: A bit pricy for some, you need more than two weeks to see everything!

...They have managed to bring Paris, the city of romance, to the desert of Las Vegas while still keeping the Spirit of the City of Lights, Neon and Roulette! It’s a very remarkably uncommon hotel . . . the outstanding hotel shape, the replicas, shops, restaurants, cafes, spas, swimming pool and wedding celebrations. The marriage between the lively and bubbly Las Vegas and the romantic luxurious Parisian spirit was a success . . . and I don’t think ...
...it again! I’m truly and utterly in love with this place. There are two downsides about this place. One is the issue of surcharges on everything . . . be careful and always ask before doing anything. One of these incidents happened when I used the fridge in my room to put a sandwich which I had bought from their shop . . . I was charged for using the fridge . . . how surprisingly bizarre! Review of Paris, Las Vegas

An oasis in the middle of the desert.

Advantages: Their own beach level, casino level and shark reef aquarium, oh yeah and its gold!
Disadvantages: other people playing your favourite machine!

...and found our hotel The Mandalay Bay situated at the south end of the strip just off route 15 next to the Luxor. However if you are flying in directly to Las Vegas then the airport is just a stones throw away. My jaw hit the floor firstly your struck by its beauty, this creation is coated top to bottom in 24 carat gold glistening in the sunshine, nestled amongst lush greenery and their very own 11 acre beach resort with pools a plenty, lazy river ...
...you then why not hit Mandalay Spa where you can be pampered using all the latest techniques in massage and body treatments, all at extra cost though unfortuately! Then it was back to the room, swim shorts on and down to the pool, where we splashed around in the wave pool and gently bobbed around the lazy river. Review of Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, Las Vegas

Everything Vegas should be!

Advantages: Room size, brilliant swimming pools, staff and the fountain show!
Disadvantages: absolutely nothing

After a 2 week roadtrip of average motels and national park lodges, our 4 nights in Vegas were luxurious! We booked into the Bellagio purely because of Ocean's 11 and it was the perfect end to our roadtrip. From the moment we arrived, we had excellent service. Vegas Virgins?

Advantages: Centrally Located, Great Views, It's In Las Vegas
Disadvantages: None

...There was also a Mirage employee moving people into lines for most efficiency. In our line there was a couple being checked-in when we arrived and one couple in front of us. ...the petite suite at the Mirage was because it had 2 bathrooms. YES, you read right! 2 BATHROOMS- His and Hers. The room door is actually French doors that open into a marble floor and mirrored foyer. There is a wet bar that includes a sink, drinking glasses, wine glasses, ice bucket, fridge and mini-bar. Caesar's Palace - Great place to stay

Advantages: Very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff
Disadvantages: Celine Dion!

...had an amazing time at Caesars Palace. Having spent 5 days on the strip, the three hotels i would recommend are Caesars Palace, The Venetian and the Belaggio, this is where i would choose to stay if i were travelling again. Caesars had a great layout, the lobby was beautiful, the gaming areas were comfortable and the waitresses great.
