A Superb Gamble in Vegas! The Paris Hotel!
Advantages: Something new to explore..you can be in Paris and Las Vegas at the same time! Disadvantages: A bit pricy for some, you need more than two weeks to see everything!
...They have managed to bring Paris, the city of romance, to the desert of Las Vegas while still keeping the Spirit of the City of Lights, Neon and Roulette!
It’s a very remarkably uncommon hotel . . . the outstanding hotel shape, the replicas, shops, restaurants, cafes, spas, swimming pool and wedding celebrations.
The marriage between the lively and bubbly Las Vegas and the romantic luxurious Parisian spirit was a success . . . and I don’t think ... ...it again! I’m truly and utterly in love with this place.
There are two downsides about this place. One is the issue of surcharges on everything . . . be careful and always ask before doing anything. One of these incidents happened when I used the fridge in my room to put a sandwich which I had bought from their shop . . . I was charged for using the fridge . . . how surprisingly bizarre!
Also, there are too many French words used in this hotel: ...

Big,Brash, Bold bit getting tired.
Advantages: Iconic place to stay. Disadvantages: Decor was tired and a bit shabby
We stayed at the Luxor twice recently. Our first impression after a transatlantic flight was WOW!!! It was huge! I have never seen a hotel on this scale before. It took us over an hour to check in, we were queing for aboslutely ages, and I have no idea why as we were the only ones from our flight staying there! It felt a bit like queing for a ride at Disney world! Our room was on the 21st floor and again it was huge, we were blown away but after ... ...either. The following morning we went to look at the pool and spa and casino. Again the sheer size of everything is amazing and we were gobsmacked. I think we walked about with our mouths open for ages! I sampled the spa and it was lovely, nothing special but for 60 dollars you cant complain. The pool areas were absolutely packed because they had roped of one of the pools for work. We had breakfast in the hotel which was very pricey but good. We ...

Location Location Location
Advantages: LOCATION centre Strip, not too expensive, non smoking floors, service Disadvantages: small uninteresting casino, not much to do at hotel itself
...and clean. We choose the Bally's Las Vegas, a three star hotel/casino in the centre of the Strip with very posh neighbours. The Bally's is connected to the Paris via indoor walkway and opposite the Bellagio and Caesars Palace.
BOOKING:
We booked the hotel as part of a package on expedia.co.uk and the 6 nights at the hotel worked out at approx £210 per person (it was the Easter weekend after all) - there were three people sharing two rooms. Children ... ...AND CHECKING IN:
The Bally's is part of Caesars Entertainment, recently bought by the Harrah's Group (the world's largest hotel & casino chain)
The beauty of staying at Bally's is that you can actually check in either at the hotel directly or, if you arrive at McCarran Airport Teminal 1, at the hotel check in desks in baggage reclaim. While my partner and his son were waiting for our luggage to roll off the plane, I checked us into our hotel. We ...

Loved our stay at Treasure Island
Advantages: Not such a large hotel so easy to find your way round and out Disadvantages: Truthfully none
I went here in November 2006 with my boyfriend for 10 days.
We found the hotel perfectly placed for the hotels we wanted to visit, though a long walk down to the far end of Luxor, Mandalay Bay. But if you use the Deuce bus (5 dollars for 24hr pas) there is a bus stop right outside and a bus every 5-10 minutes.
ROOM: We booked the cheapest room "a deluxe" room and it was the nicest the room I have ever stayed in. It had a very large and extremely ... ...A television, fair sized wardrobe space and drawers, iron and ironing board. There was also an in-room safe which was extremely handy as we could keep money etc locked away.
The bathroom was all marble and had large bath with a shower over it and very good water pressure. Towels were changed often.
RECEPTION: When we arrived (apprx 4pm) there was no queue for reception and we asked for a strip view room which we got for an extra 50 dollars for ...
