Advantages: Central Located, great facilities, stunning decor Disadvantages: Staff are not as polite as I expected them to be
...Off all the hotels I have stayed at in New Delhi and having visted Delhi regularly, I have stayed at many !, I would rate the LeMeridien as one of my favourites for both location and facilities.
The rooms are stunning and the front entrance is beautiful. The food is worth trying, but not every day as the food on the street is far better if you can stomach it !!
In terms of price it is very affordable given the fact that it is central Delhi.
However, a word of caution, albeit a personal experience and not one in general, the staff I did not find very courteous and to the standard I expected of a 5 star hotel.
Having said that though, they were not rude in any shape or form, just not as good as other hotels in the area.
In summary, I class 5 star hotel for the price....

What a hotel Review ofLeMeridien Dom Hotel, Cologneby

Advantages: Central location, close to Cathedral Disadvantages: Busy
...My wife and I visit the Dom regularly and it cannot be faulted. Central location next door to the Cathedral, close to the main shopping areas and 5 minutes walk from the River and the Old Town. We have visited for the Christmas Markets - and if you have a cathedral view room you can feel the market right outside your window, listen to the hustle and bustle and hear the musical enterainment. We have also visited the Koln Carnival and were woken every night at 1.00am by a full marching band parading up and down outside of the hotel - the locals told us it was part of the Carnival proceedings!!! Lke all Meridien hotels the restaurant is excellent ( the sunday brunch is something to behold ), the rooms are spacious and well appointed - the hotel was completely refurbished in 2003 and staff friendly and welcoming....

Advantages: Close to everything and fine dining Disadvantages: Can be pricey when events come to town
...I come to Paris at least four time per year and LeMeridien Montparnasse is my top choice when rooms are available.
1. The Gare Montparnasse is just across the street and from there you can access the Metro to all of Paris.
2. The Justine restaurant has a buffet every night that is well worth the 37 Euro price. Excellent food, wine, and service.
3. The rooms are clean, large, and comfortable. Internet service is available in the room for a nominal fee.
4. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful.
5. There is a gift shop in the lobby, a wonderful bar, and two dining choices, The Justine (for more casual dining) and Le Montparnasse 25 for more formal dining and top rated food.
Okay, now the only complaint I can even come up with is that when big events (soccer championships, Paris Air Show, Automobile Convention, etc.) come to Paris...

Le Méridian Phoenicia has for a long time styled itself as the premier hotel in Valetta, and there are certainly grounds for agreeing with that verdict. It boasts many famous vistiors, and when there were all the documentaries about the 80th birthday... more
