Le Meridien is absolutely fantastic. With a Superior room costing from 109Euros (approximately £74), this hotel is fantastic value and definitely worth a stay. If you're worried about the language barrier, then don't be! All the staff speak perfect English and will attend to your every need.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is centrally located just minutes from a famous cake cafe, the river Danube, shops, all the sights and the business district.

When entering the hotel for the first time, your breath is immediately taken away. Le Meridien combines classic old style with all the modern facilities expected in a major hotel. There are chandliers above you and porters attending to you every need. Just a standard room is a fantastic suite, with its own entrance hall, immacultly decorated bathroom, an enormous king sized bed and a solid oak desk.

The mini-bar boasts a collection of beers from around the world, is re-stocked twice a day and every evening around 5pm, maids will come to your room and give you complentary bottled water. The hotel is absolutely spotless and the maid comes in twice day.

If you're feeling the need for some relaxtion, then put on your swimming gear, and with your complentary dressing gown and slippers, head for the top of the hotel. Here you will find the glass roofed health club which comprises of a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and a steam room. Or if you're feeling energetic or need to work off all those cakes you've been eating, then make use of the gym which has all the standard gym equipment. There are also other things that you might like to indulge in - for example, an Indian head massage, facials, a sports massage (these are chargable, but are much, much cheaper than in England).

The hotel has everything one might expect from a 5* star hotel including:

a 24-hour front desk and concierge desk
Bellman and porter
Currency exchange
Multilingual staff
Babysitting service just to name a few.

If you ring down to the front desk or to housekeeping, your request will be dealt with within minutes. For example, I forgot my adapter plug and within minutes, the correct one had arrived at my front door.

I really can't stress enough how fantastic this hotel is. The staff are all so helpful and will do anything you ask. The hotel is spotless.
