Advantages: Luxurious, watersports, great lagoon, good food Disadvantages: Extra food and drinks expensive, no snorkelling in lagoon
the beach, as the resort is quite large.
Overall, I would recommend Hilton Dahab for watersports enthusiasts (especially windsurfing), or people who just like sun, sea and sand. There is also a pool if you don't like the sea. ...

Advantages: Pure Luxurious Spacious rooms, great food and modern facilities. Disadvantages: Didn’t find any
A couple of months ago I visited the UAE (United Arab Emirates).
I stayed with my boyfriend’s brother in a town called Al Ain, which is about 1 hr 30 minutes from the popular destination of Dubai (You may want to check out my review on Dubai).
Apart from spending a couple of days in Dubai, we also spent 2 days (one night) in the 5 Star, LeMeridien Al Aqah Beach Resort in Fujairah.

Fujairah is Nestled between the Hajar Mountains and the Indian Ocean, LeMeridien Al Aqah Beach Resort is situated on a superb stretch of private Al Aqah Beach in the picturesque emirate of Fujairah.
The resort is located on the east coast of the United Arab Emirates, Approx 49 kilometres from Fujairah town and 90 minutes from cosmopolitan Dubai. All rooms at LeMeridien Al Aqah Beach Resort enjoy a sea view ...
Advantages: Beautiful Red Sea Resort. Similar to Sharm El Sheikh but a much more reasonable price, more atmosphere. Disadvantages: Street traders/ hawkers may annoy some people. To me, all part of the experience.
I stayed here for a week whilst on a bigger tour of Egypt. Beautiful place; incredible scenery and excellent opportunities for Scuba diving / snorkelling at the world famous "Blue Hole" where the sea life will take your breath away.
I found Dahab to have more atmosphere than Sharm El Sheikh but it depends what you're looking for. Dahab tends to attract a younger, less-family type crowd, back-packer types and has the laid-back attitude to match. Facilities range from basic to much more luxorious; you get what you pay for.
By night, the fish restuarants and coffee shops "bedouin style" are excellent value and very tasty. Avoid the local alcohol though; it tastes pretty lethal.
An excellent base for trips into Sinai, up Mount Catherine and I highly recommend the Safari to the Coloured Canyon. Dahab is excellent value for money ...
