After her wedding in early April, my daughter and her new husband decided to take a few days honeymoon in a quiet location away from all tourists and holiday makers (they both work in the tourist industry). Following an extensive search they plumped for four nights in a suite in a five-star luxury hotel outside Leeds, the De Vere Oulton Hall hotel. The agent made a point of explaining to the hotel that this was a special holiday. When they arrived at lunchtime on the Sunday following their wedding in Cheshire, they were told that because the room was not ready, they should go away and come back later!!!!!! Room service delivered incorrect meals, breakfast was sent up with no cutlery and was cold by the time they had themselves collected some from the dining room, bathrobes were torn and needed mending, carpet gripper strips were exposed near the windows............. .......... the honeymoon couple came home after only three nights. Do you blame them? It has taken 7 weeks to obtain part-reimbursement of the 4th night they had booked and not taken. I would NOT recommend this hotel, especially if you were wanting something a bit special.

sounds terrible! probably would have been better off putting this under the hotel's name - if there isn't a section totally relevant to your article, you can "suggest new category". Good op.
