One tired out hotel

Advantages: Friendly enough staff; old English-esque feel; cheap
Disadvantages: location; overall quite tatty looking

...to my meeting place. Adriatic Hotel appeared on Google Maps as the closest one and so I chose to stay here. BOOKING My colleague booked the room for me. The person was very helpful and the booking process was very simple and my colleague was also directed to their website in case she needed extra information. LOCATION The hotel is based in Chapeltown which is not in central Leeds but in one of its more suburb-like areas. The website does provide ...
...on public transport links, mainly because there are none. I took a taxi from the train station to the hotel which cost me £6.50 for approximately 5 - 10 mins. ARRIVAL/RECEPTION When the taxi pulled up to the hotel driveway, a member of staff was waiting outside, which I thought was very nice and professional, but then seeing his facial expression, it appeared to me that he was quite surprised to see me (although he did try to contain it a bit!). ...

Ramada Leeds Parkway a nice hotel with lovely function rooms

Advantages: Good food, Lovely function rooms, Clean, friendly and lots of parking
Disadvantages: expensive food and drink

This hotel is lovely and resonably priced. I had an over night stay here after attending my fathers wedding reception held in one of the function rooms, as with any hotel the drinks and food are expensive and they ran out of a few favouritedrinks that is the only drawback! The hotel room and function rooms are tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean and all staff were welcoming and very helpful. Buffet Style food for night do was lovely with a ...
...good selection of continental options also. Plenty of parking for guests and visitiors. In my opinion a good location for any occasion or a stay in Leeds Although the hotel itself is quite rural so not for everyone i think overall a lovely place may not be suited to familys over the weekend due to functions but when i requested a room away from this area due to my young child staying overnight the staff were most accomodating! ...

The Beautiful hotel with happy staff!

Advantages: Excellent Staff, Scenic views
Disadvantages: Not much around the location

The Holiday Inn at Leeds Bradford airport is about 5-10mins drive from the airport itself. It can be found down a long driveway with scenic and vast countryside views around it. The local scenery is breath-taking and the staff make your visit worth-while. Ample car parking is available for all residents and a small reception is immediatley found through the main doors. The staff are friendly and quite funny, and a simple request is never a problem. ...
...Beside the reception area is the bar and restaurant and the prices are not to attractive, but its a mainstream hotel. Located just behind the reception desk is a small comfort area with complimentary newspapers and a corridor to the rooms and lifts to the upper floors. The ground floor also has an onsite gym and pool of which are both complimentary for residents. The rooms have double beds and a seperate bathroom both of which of high standard. ...

Bad Hotel

Advantages: Free wi-fi
Disadvantages: Poor staff, poor room

...decided to stay in the Boundary Hotel which is about 5 minute car journey into the city centre. Rooms were reasonably priced; we got a single room and a "superior" double room (inc breakfast for both) for £120. The hotel itself is a 3 star hotel and is located near Headingley Cricket and Rugby Stadiums. From the outside it doesn't look like a great deal but it does has a small car park. The hotel has 16 rooms and each have free wi-fi access and ...
...the morning and couldn't wait to leave. I cant recommend the hotel to anyone as we had such a bad experience. My advice is, if you need a hotel in Leeds, pick another hotel. There are so many around there that you cant get much worse than the Boundary Hotel. ...
