Advantages: Value for Money, Built Well
Disadvantages: Not as good sound quality as bigger budget models, Plain Design, Frets can be hard to navigate

Lets get some things straight. This is a solid guitar. For the money its built very well and plays sweetly. This is a not quite cheap as chips but not too out of budget range guitar so it can't really be expected to play like some of the higher end models. Nevertheless its still a decent bit of kit. The design though, falls short for me however. The plain black I think suits a more metal orientated (shred) type guitar but not really the Les Paul. Regardless of the colour scheme, if you are becoming an intermediate player of the guitar, and want to spend about £220 on a new axe suitable for lots of genres, (especially Hard Rock & Blues) then this may be the one for you. ...

Embassy Suites

Advantages: Good service, and amenities
Disadvantages: A long way from anything

Embassy Suites On a recent visit to California, I was booked into this hotel because it was close to places I had to visit for work. The hotel itself is only a short drive from the airport (it took about half an hour in a hire car, and not knowing where I was going) and is located in La Jolla which is apparently quite an affluent area, featuring banks and houses and hotels as well as restaurants and a rather nice shopping mall. It's easy to drive into the hotel and should you ask for it there is valet parking in the high rise car park, but I just parked round the back of the hotel. Once inside the hotel, check in was quick and efficient and I was immediately impressed with the well set out entrance lobby featuring some nice little touches such as plentiful flowers. Epiphone Les Paul Custom

Advantages: Sturdy, looks great, sounds amazing
Disadvantages: stigma of being epiphone and not gibson

In my opinion this is a brilliant sturdy guitar, that is built to the highest quality of epiphone standards being its top of the range. Having played the cheapest gibson les paul and most expensive epiphone les paul custom i would settle for the epiphone every time, which is why i own one of those over the cheapest gibson les paul. The quality of build, i feel, is very superior to the quality of all other epiphone electric guitars and the binding and inlay is just beautiful. The sound of this guitar is fantastic, far superior to the sound of my fender strat, peavey whitesnake signature and ESP viper, i would choose this guitar over them all for sound and if it ever got broke, lost or stolen i would definitely buy another one! ...
