Went to, Kos in greece with Libra holidays on the 6th of sept, but never again. XL airlines went bust was not told by Lbra holidays had to go to one of there offices to find out if we would get a flight home. Was given very little information and told to return to there office later in the day when they would have more information, this was sat the 13th. Was due to fly home on sunday the 14th at 6.30am. Was then told that we were to be put on an earlier flight at 3.30am with thompsons. Was taken to the airport without a libra rep, left at the airport only to find out that our flight had been cancelled and we would be flying at 5.45 am with british midlands. The rep then turned up about 1am and told the few people who went and asked her that the plane coming in would hold 300 passengers and she didn't know if we would all fit and she didn't know what the rest of the passengers would do as there was not another flight until wednesday the 17th, she said it was first come first serve which just caused panic. She then disapeared never to be seen again. Then we were told by the a staff member from olimpic that the flight might not even be coming. Then at 3.00am were told to check our bags through even though the airport didn't know if the flight was coming. We were then informed that the flight would be arriving at 11am at around 4.30am. At 11am it still hadn't arrived. We then had to find the olimpic staff member again who had stayed at the airport to get us infomation even though it was nothing to do with his company. He informed us that the flight had taken off from England. We finally boarded the plane at 12.45pm on the 14th. No thanks to Libra holidays who just dumped us at the airport to fend for ourselfs.
