The Plaza de Armas was the Principal Seat of Lima when it was founded at 1535 by the Spanish Francisco Pizarro because it is the Centre of the Power of the Nation, bacause near the Rimac River has the Goverment with a middle of XX Century construction with an English and French Arquitecture Styles of Constructions that I don't know, because I'm not an arquitecture.
