Wow. This is THE place to go for every sort of break I can imagine. There's loads to see and do, rolling countryside, great food, friendly people, not to mention the great roads. You must get a guidebook before you go to make sure you don't miss anything out :) Try and plan your trip too so you don't have to do more miles than you have to. Queues into the main attractions can be quite long so take a drink and be prepared to wait. It will go down quickly though as it's SO organised. I think camping is the best way to stay there if the weathers nice - it's really cheap and the sites are often in great grounds with swimming pools and a village nearby.

Advantages: Great Wine, Great Castles, Great People.....those are kick a** advantages Disadvantages: It's not really easy to access via Train, you really do need to have a Car to fully appreciate it
