I have used this car park several times over about five years. There is no doubt in my mind that my car will be there when I get back and all wheels present.
Even having used it before, I printed off the clear intructions from there web site and reminded myself again the route from the M25. The park is a brown-field site: a one time gas works. Pre-booking on the internet is a good idea as it guarantees a place and speeds the booking in. for every one.
Leave the car in the designated area, with the ignition key in of course. If like me you have just driven for two hours, you will be pleased that there are toilets available: these are very clean. A curtesy bus takes you to your terminal.
On return to LHR, call them when in baggage reclaim then go to "curtesy bus stop 7" ... all the instructions are on the ticket.
Mini-bus back to the car park: the driver picks up the packets with the keys and exit passes then finds your car for you. When leaving, make sure to use the correct exit: the entrances have warnings of one-way tyre shredders.
There is a double barrier exit system: when this is free, insert the exit pass (this is in the packet that contained your car key) into the slot. Drive up to the next barrier. Wait for the barrier behind you to fully descend: only then will the one in front released.
Retrace your route back to the M4 and then home.
Update: May 2006 I have used their "Meet & Greet" service three times in the passed two months from LHR T1 & LHR T4. My motivation for paying for this additional service is the disadvantage I noted on my original review: "Getting to it from and back to M25". Having used it twice for business trips I decided to also use it for a holiday travel too. Parts of the equation are: how much is my time worth? ... what is it worth to not worry about delays getting to and from their location? My judgement is that their fee is worth it.
When booking you select a time, to the nearest quarter hour for them to take your car from you. If you are running late or very early, there is a phone number to call: I tend to get very stressed and have found this very useful ... I always turn up early for flights.
When returning, call an 0800 number from the baggage reclaim area. Once, the driver was outside waiting for me; another time they arrived after a very short delay. Once I asked the shuttle-bus driver to check again for me ... like I say, I get stressed.
Will I use again? Yes, every time.
