Victoria Park Plaza Hotel, London It's More Than A Hotel!
Advantages: Pleasant Staff, Good Customer Service, Nice Breakfast Disadvantages: Expensive
The Victoria Park Plaza in London is an amazing hotel that has very comfortable, quality rooms and staff who are friendly and professional. The best thing about The Victoria Park Plaza is that it is in a prime position just two minutes from Victoria Station and an easy walk to some of London's main attractions. I found it perfect for shopping and buying souvenirs. There were also quite a number of restaurants close by and my mum who cannot walk far ... ...fresh and clean.
The Victoria Park Plaza is excellent for business trips or short luxury breaks. The only thing I will say is that the walls were paper thin and you can hear what is going on in the next room. The man in the next room was a business man and he stayed up on his phone talking till about 3.0 clock which was really annoying because we couldn't sleep. Then when we woke up in the morning the man had the cheek to shout at us for talking. ...

Holiday Inn Regents Park
Advantages: Central, package deals available Disadvantages: rooms small and food average
...nice bathroom, good bed, the Holiday Inn "menu of pillows" and so on.
We ate in the restaurant, reasonably early and almost entirely alone! The food was edible but forgettable it could almost have been anything. For instance my wife had salmon and the sauce was overwhelming.
Other than a long queue to check out the place was "fine". It is very clean, well maintained and convenient. For those of us not used to London it may be even be above the ...

melia white house hotel
Advantages: central location Disadvantages: none
...and i decided on the melia white house as i thought it looked nice and was in a medium price range. The hotel is conveniently located as it is only about 3-5 minutes walk from the great portland street tube station which means that it is easy to get to other parts of london from the hotel. Also it is not far from regents park and london zoo is a 30 minute walk. We also walked to the camden market as it was only about 10-15 minutes walk from london ... ...get to from heathrow airport as you can take the tube and you 0only have to make one change of tube line. When we arrived at the hotel it looked exactly like it did on the website with the reception area looking grand and having marble counters. Check in was done quick and efficiently although i did have a slight problem understanding the member of staff as he was not english and sounded like he was french but he did speak good english. We then went ...

Regents Park Marriott Hotel
Advantages: comfortable and clean Disadvantages: poor leisure club and not very child friendly
...a big night out in London and now I've also stayed there with my family for a family weekend (including children) in London. Every time I had a wonderful stay in a lovely but unfortunately I don't think that it's the most family friendly place, especially when you compare it to other Marriotts (particularly the Swansea and Swindon Marriott's). -The Rooms-
All Marriott rooms are pretty much the same. You get the double beds (no singles in a marriott ... ...satelite television, ensuite bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities. In addition to that we had bathrobes and slippers which I always really like. I know that it's probably silly thing to get excited about but I prefer to use bathrobes to towels when I have a bath so I was really pleased that we got that.
I was also impressed by the selection of free toiletries which has expanded a lot since the first time I stayed in the hotel. As well as ...

One mixed salad
Advantages: food is alright, restaurant and rooms are light, clean Disadvantages: leave restaurant hungry, hotel rooms are expensive and small
I was very excited at the opportunity to try another London restaurant with fancy dishes that I would not normally go to. It was a little treat arranged by work. The Zetter specialises in modern Italian food - it does not present itself with a menu chocked full of pasta and pizza dishes. Located in St John's Square in the city of London, it is ideally placed for business lunches. The Zetter offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The Zetter is also ... ...When we arrived at the restaurant, I was actually quite impressed. The Zetter restaurant truly benefits from being very spacious, very high ceilings and huge windows that stretch from floor to ceiling which make the place extremely well-lit and positive in feel. We were seated at a table for four right by the window - overlooking St John's Square. It might not be the most attractive site in the world, but it almost gave the feel that you were dining ...
