...a hidden gem in amongst the chaos of London! We stayed last December for 2 nights whilst Christmas Shopping. It was so serene it was fab. We upgraded our room to a suite and it was def worth it. Disadvantages: more business orientated than other malmaison hotels.

I stayed in Malmaison London a few months ago for a work conference. I had experience with other Malmaison branches across the country so was really looking forward to my stay. The hotel is based in Charterhouse Square next to Smithfields market and has a great location safely tucked away from the main street. Lovely hotel in prime location in London. Perfect if you wish to be central to pretty much everything. Grt Russell street is light off the most hectic streets so acts as a bit of a retreat from the hussel and bussel. Wonderful service at the hotel and really try to look after their guests.
