Weekend break at the Hampshire
Advantages: Complete luxury in the most central London location
Disadvantages: £600+ final bill
I recently stayed at the Hampshire for 2 nights during a theatre trip with my partner. As a treat I booked a junior suite (through radissonedwardian.com). At a nightly rate of £261 (ex. VAT) it was not cheap, but we were rewarded with a wonderful room right at the heart of Leicester Square with a very comfy king size bed, leather sofa, mini bar, marble bathroom with seperate toilet cubicle, shower, bath, and double wash basins. Comfort and Luxury under the one roof
Advantages: Very clean and comfortable
Disadvantages: Breakfast was disappointing
We went to London for a long weekend to visit a film festival at Leicester Square. I have stayed in other Malmaison’s before and found them to be very comfortable. There were some good rates for the bank holiday weekend so we decided to try the one in London. They have 12 hotels situated around the country including properties in Belfast, Glasgow, Manchester and Birmingham.

Excellent service and fantastic location in the heart of London
Advantages: Excellent customer service, immaculate presentation.
Disadvantages: We got a good rate, but I think the hotel could be expensive if you don't get a deal.

...is a large desk in the bar area, but I think that this breaks down the staff/guest barrier and makes them more approachable (normally I am quite shy about approaching people). Also check in wasn't until 3pm but we arrived at 11.45 am and were able to check in straight away.
The whole hotel is decorated in a very contempory style which I loved. The downstairs bar is really trendy with a fantastic drinks menu although the drinks are very expensive. ...

Perfection Everytime
Advantages: Excellent Location, Room, Services
Disadvantages: Unable to find any
I booked over the telephone and I was very impressed with the friendly, down to earth manner of the reservations staff. Email confirmation arrived immediately. I had to make an alteration to our booking the day before our stay which was accommodated without any trouble at all.
Check In:
On arrival we received a free upgrade and was offered a tour of the facilities.

Can't beat the location - close to Oxford Street, Covent Garden and of course Soho is great for eating and drinking...
Common Areas:
