We stayed here in April while attending an event at the 02. The location is ideal for the O2 - just one stop away on the Jubilee line. It's great when you leave the O2 because most people are heading in the other direction! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were polite, but seemed very rushed. When we asked for more pillows they never arrived. The breakfast was adequate and as expected. Plenty of cereals, fruit, toast and pastires ...

...in London staying at the Americana Hotel in a twin room. Not the largest room but as we did not spend much time there other than for sleeping this was not a problem. The room had plenty of storage space and was lovely and warm and secondary glazing meant that the room was fairly quiet even though it was on the main road.The hotel has recently been refurbished and was quite well fitted although the carpets and bedspreads were rather grubby. The croissants and cinamon danish's were fresh, and there was a good selection of meat, cheeses, rolls, and toast.
